Setting Up Online Banking


Managing all your Icon accounts and loans is simple with Online Banking from Icon.

You can access your accounts 24 hours a day / 7 days a week / 365 days a year from anywhere you have an Internet connection.

Need help? Enjoy these step-by-step enrollment instructions:

To sign up for Online Banking

Select the link in under the “Online” tab and click – “Enroll Now

The enrollment application will appear. Enter the information listed below then click Apply:


You will receive the following message:


Your login ID will be your new Icon member number. Check your email inbox (if you don’t see it, check your spam folder). You will receive a link to validate your enrollment and obtain your password. When you click the link in your e-mail, you will be directed to Icon’s login page and see a token claim message appear:


Enter your member number and the last 4 digits of your SSN and click Continue. You will receive your temporary password in another token claim message:


Enter your new Icon member number as the login ID, click Login. Next, enter your temporary password, and click Login. Finally, enter your new password following the password guidelines and click Continue:


You will be prompted to set up your Multi-Factor Authentication Enrollment. Multi-Factor Authentication provides you with increased security features for logging in to your account. Enter a secret phrase and select and answer 3 questions:


Select the Register this PC box only if you are setting up access on a non-public computer. Click Continue.
You will see Icon’s site disclosure in a new window. Review and click Agree.

You’re done! Welcome to Online Banking!
